milet是日本女性歌手。东京出身。出生年月日等个人简介的详细内容还没有公布。所属唱片公司是SME Records。所属事务所是索尼音乐公司。2018年正式开始音乐活动。同年10月，在东京表参道Hills会场举办的伊夫·圣罗兰的全球活动“YSL BEAUTY HOTEL”中，被伊夫·圣罗兰·波特被选拔为公开的歌手，完成了现场演出。
2019年3月6日发行第一张EP《inside you EP》，正式出道。同名主打歌《inside you》是由ONE OK ROCK的Toru制作，被选为富士电视台电视剧《丑闻专业律师QUEEN》的片头曲。另外，收录曲《Again and Again》和《I Gotta Go》被起用为富士电视台电视剧《JOKER×FACE》的主题曲。
3月25日，在Billboard Live TOKYO举办了自己出道后的首次舞台演唱会活动“milet SPECIAL SHOW CASE@Billboard-Live TOKYO”。
5月15日，发行第二张EP《Wonderland EP》。同名主打歌《Wonderland》被起用为预定于4月26日上映的原惠一导演的剧场动画《生日乐园》的插曲和印象曲，同时收录了该电影的主题曲《THE SHOW》。这两首电影主题曲的发表在《inside you EP》发行前进行。
